Being the industrial heartland of former West Germany, this is one of the most populated areas in Europe with some ~6.9 million inhabitants.
aeos energy entered the business segment in 2014 by acquiring a well-established family business in the Ruhr Metropolitan Area. The business was further strengthened by a second acquisition in 2019.

A modern real estate company with a traditional past
The origins of our company go back to Immobilien-Verwaltung Fellmeden, which was founded in 2001 and has built up a large client base and a good name in the city of Hagen and the entire eastern Ruhr region over the past 20 years. The father of the founder was already active as a property manager in the 1980s, which is why some of our clients have been associated first with the Fellmeden family and now with our company for more than 35 years.
