aeos infrainvest was founded in 2007 by Guido Fiebes, initially as a pure investment management company for the German portfolio of a North American financial investor. Until the end of 2013, we worked exclusively for this client in the business areas of wind energy, mineral oil tank farms and biodiesel production.

From 2014 onwards, the opening of our company to a broad range of customers took place. At the same time, our expansion into the areas of solar energy and real estate took place, in each case by taking over the business activities of two regional companies from the Rhine/Ruhr region. Finally, in 2018, the expansion of our activities into the business field of media infrastructure took place.

In 2022 we sold our subsidiary aeos services GmbH and the aeos energy – brand to Anesco Ltd, a leading project developer and EPC contractor from the U.K. aeos services GmbH was our solar EPC and asset management business for third parties. Anesco continues to operate this business in Germany under the aeos energy brand.
